About Pet Gear Report

We publish "best of" rankings and buying guides for pet owners. Our picks come from independent research — product specifications, manufacturer documentation, veterinary and owner guidance, and the weight of customer feedback — not from sponsorships or paid placements.

Our current rankings are research-based. We do not claim hands-on use unless a page explicitly documents it. We read widely, compare honestly, and say what a product is and is not good for. Every product we feature is verified as available on Amazon before we include it.

The site is funded by Amazon affiliate commissions, which never affect the price you pay or the order of our rankings. See ouraffiliate disclosure for the details.
